Do you cover return shipping cost?
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by MEJI when you send an item back, you will need to cover these costs. We suggest DHL to get the best price and tracking information to make sure it reaches us safely.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Items must not contain any signs of pet hair or smoke.
Returns will not be accepted (and refunds will not be issued) if items have marks or stains of any kind (including make-up, fake tan or deodorant marks).
